The idea
An analytics view that answers business questions instead of showing charts.
Most small businesses have analytics installed and have never once acted on it, because the tools answer questions nobody asked. Helios starts from the other end: three or four questions an owner genuinely has — where did this month's enquiries come from, what is quietly getting worse, what should I do on Monday — and works backwards to the smallest interface that answers them.
How we are building it
Events are collapsed into a handful of business-level facts at write time, so queries stay fast and the surface stays small. The design constraint is that every number on screen has to be one you could act on; anything that is merely interesting gets cut.
